Billy Owens was one of the best power forwards in Syracuse Orange history. Owens scored 1840 points 910 rebounds and 381 assists in 3 seasons at Syracuse. Owens average 17.9 PPG 3.7 APG and 8.8 RPG. Owens was later selected 3rd overall in the 1991 NBA Draft and went on to have a solid 10 season career in the NBA where he played for Sacramento Miami Seattle Philadelphia and Detroit. Owens was named to the Syracuse All-Century team in 2006 and had his uniform retired by Syracuse in 2008.
