The Dallas Cowboys lost to the San Diego Chargers 20-17 on December 13 2009. The Chargers kicker Nate Kaeding nailed a 34 yard field goal to give the Chargers the 20-10 lead in the fourth quarter. The Cowboys responded quickly with a touchdown but were unable to recover the onside kick. Chargers runningback LaDainian Tomlinson carried the ball 21 times for a totally of 50 yards and one touchdown. Tony Romo was able to complete 249 yards and two touchdowns.
