How do I know your items are authentic?
Acquiring your favorite piece of autographed memorabilia can be one of the most exciting investments you can make - as long as it is real. At Steiner Sports, the integrity of each piece of our hand-signed collectibles is paramount. Steiner Sports Memorabilia guarantees the authenticity of your hand-signed sports collectible. Steiner representatives witness athlete signings and each athlete signs an affidavit. A tamper-resistant security seal is affixed to each item and a Steiner Sports Certificate of Authenticity with the matching hologram accompanies each piece. This is our assurance that your autographed memorabilia is 100% authentic.
Are your signings open to the public?

Can I send in an item to be signed or personalized by the athlete?
Yes, Steiner Sports will make every effort to have your item personalized or we can have one of our items personalized as well. This is a great gift idea for birthdays, graduations or that special corporate client.
Are there other items than in the catalog and Web site?
Yes, we have over 5,000 different items in our inventory and it is constantly being updated. Please call with specific questions.

How do I redeem American Express Membership Rewards Points?
American Express Membership Rewards Program points can only be redeemed by calling 1-800-AXP-EARN. You can also purchase items by ordering through our Web site or by calling Steiner Sports directly.
I saw a Steiner Sports product on eBay for a less expensive price, why?
Some of Steiner Sports’ customers, both wholesalers and retailers, buy in bulk and resell via the Internet. We cannot determine the final selling price of auction items. In addition, Steiner Sports deals directly with the athletes and their agents and therefore our product is 100% authentic. We do not want to sacrifice quality for price.
Does Steiner Sports buy memorabilia?
Steiner Sports does not purchase memorabilia from the open market. Authenticity is paramount at Steiner Sports and we have to witness every collectible being signed before we affix the Steiner seal to the product.

Steiner Sports coordinates Fantasy Clinics with some of sports biggest stars and we also auction meet and greet opportunities on the Steiner Sports auction page. Will Steiner Sports authenticate or appraise my memorabilia?
Steiner Sports does not appraise or authenticate memorabilia. Steiner Sports can only guarantee the authenticity that carries the Steiner seal and certificate of authenticity.
What is a Steiner Sports exclusive athlete?
Steiner Sports maintains contracts with some of professional sports biggest names. The exclusive relationship allows fans to get closer to the game with unique collectibles and an opportunity to have their personal piece signed by their favorite athlete* (Subject to approval). We at Steiner Sports realize that authenticity is the most important factor in buying collectibles, and exclusive contracts allow you the collector to be 100% confident with your purchase.

What is required of me to open up a new wholesale account?
In order to open up a wholesale account with Steiner Sports, you must be able to present a resale certificate for a valid sports collectibles or novelties business. Also, you will need to fill out and submit the attached wholesale application here for evaluation.
