Larry Bird is known as a basketball legend. During his 13 year career as a Boston Celtic, Bird received Rookie of the Year honors in 1980, was a 12-time NBA All-Star, and scored more than 21,000 career points. In addition to leading his team to three NBA championships, he co-captained the original Dream Team to an Olympic gold medal. Bird retired later that year and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in ’98. Larry Bird has hand signed this incredible 16x20 photograph of him waving to the Boston faithful as he addresses them during a farewell ceremony held in his honor on February 4, 1993, at the Boston Garden.
