The Phoenix Suns selected Nate Robinson with the 21st overall pick in the 2005 NBA Draft and was quickly traded to the New York Knicks for Kurt Thomas. Robinson made an immediate impact with the Knicks playing 1544 minutes and averaging 9.3 points a game as point guard during his rookie campaign in 2005. Ever since that 2005 campaign Robinson's passion and leadership have grown stronger as he has become one of the Knicks go-to guys.
