Raul Ibanez made his debut in the Major Leagues in August of 1996 with the Seattle Mariners. Since then he has gone on to play ten years with the Seattle Mariners, three years with the Kansas City Royals, and three years with the Philadelphia Phillies helping lead them to the 2009 Fall Classic vs the Yankees. Ibanez signed as a free agent with the Yankees after 2011 and has contributed majorly in the absence of Brett Gardner.
