When will I receive the seats?

Seats will begin to ship at the end of July. If your order is placed after July please allow 2-4 weeks for your shipment to be fulfilled

How can I verify the seats are real?

Each seat package, seat back or bleacher seat will include a tamper-proof MLB hologram and a Yankee-Steiner Letter of Authenticity.

Can I choose a specific seat?

If you are a 2008 full season, package A or package B Yankee season ticket holder, you have the option to receive your specific seats. You will need to provide your 2008 Yankee season ticket account number prior check-out. This option is only available for a limited time

How are the seats shipped?

All seats will be shipped via Fed Ex.

Are the seats stand alone?

The seat pairs, commemorative seats and bleacher seat are stand alone. The individual seat backs are not.

Can I buy a single seat?

There is a single commemorative seat available which includes the original seat bottom and seat back with new commemorative armrests. All other seat packages include pairs.

Can I get the seats signed?

There are options for the single commemorative seats and/or seat backs to be signed by your favorite Yankee players.

What is the difference between a Commemorative seat and a "normal" seat?

The Commemorative seat includes the original seat bottom and seat back with refurbished arm rests. The "normal" seat which is included in the pairs is the actual seat, seatback and original arm rests.

Will the LOA indicate the specific section, row, and seat number?

No.

Will the hologram identify the seat location?

The MLB hologram will identify the section that the seat pair was taken from. This does not apply to commemorative seats or seat backs.

What is the shipping cost?

The shipping costs are $70 per seat package. International shipping is subject to additional fees.

What is freeze dried sod?

Freeze dried sod is the original sod from the Old Yankee Stadium which is then put through a special dehydration process that preserves the sod as is. The sod will maintain its original state but will not grow or decay.

Can I return sod?

No, all sales are final.

How do I care for my sod when I receive it?

Sod transplanting and maintaining instructions are included in each package.

How will the sod be shipped?

Package One and Two (1'x1' or 2'x2' pieces) will ship via Fed Ex. All other larger packages will be delivered by truck to your delivery location.

How do I know the sod is real?

Each sod package will include a lawn flag and Letter of Authenticity from Yankee-Steiner collectibles.

When will the sod ship?

Sod will 7-10 days after an order is placed.

What is the shipping cost?

Delivery of the larger packages is included within a 50 mile radius of Yankee Stadium. For deliveries outside of the radius, there will be an additional $7 per mile charge.

Can I ship sod outside of the United States?

No.

Can I get specific seats if not a season ticket holder? What is the cost?

No, the deadline to request specific seats was 5/22 at 9 A.M.

Are all sales final? Can I cancel an order after submitting?

Yes, all sales are final.

Why is shipping $70 for the seats and with multiple seats can I combine?

Shipping is $70 due to size and weight of the seats as well as the specific packing they require for safe delivery.

Will all seats stand alone to be sat in upon delivery?

All seats will stand alone and will be able to be sat in.

I want to use a promo code, gift card or discount on Yankee Items why won't that work?

All promo, gift card, and discount's are available for Steiner Collectables other than seats, sod and other artifacts from the original Yankee stadium.

How can I find out what other items are available? Specifically what signs are available?

Other stadium artifacts should be added throughout the summer on our website.

How long till the seats ship? If I order multiple items will they all ship at the same time? Signs? Sods? Miscellaneous items? What is the earliest items will ship?

The seats will be shipped by early-mid July. If you have purchased other Steiner memorabilia as well, those pieces will be shipped out as soon as possible.

Can I purchase three seats? And can I purchase a single stadium seat?

No, you cannot purchase individual seats. Stadium seats are only sold in pairs. The only seats you could purchase individually are the commemorative seats.

Can items be picked up?

Items are not available for pick up.

I want a seat signed. How do I go about getting that done?

We can get your seat signed by a number of Yankee greats. You can simply call us at 1800-759-SCORE.

Why am I being charged upfront?

Due to the limited amount of seats that are available it is vital that you reserve your seat.

What if an item is damaged? Can I get a replacement?

Yes. So long as the damage is not of the normal wear and tear of the seats.

I want an end seat so I could have the New York logo on my pair of seats...how do I request that?

How long do season ticket holders have to purchase their specific seats? Why are my seats $500 more expensive?

The deadline for season ticket holders to purchase their seats was May 22nd at 9am. The $500 price difference is due to the complex nature and careful attention to details that is required to ensure you get your exact seat.

How many seats am I purchasing? Is it one? Or two seats together?

If you purchase a general seat pair from Yankees stadium you will receive 2 seats. If you purchased a commemorative you will only receive one.

Can I get Yankee stadium items gift wrapped?

No, Yankee stadium items cannot be gift wrapped due to the unique shapes and sizes of the collectables.

How will I know that my order has been received? Will I receive a confirmation email that my order has been received/processed/shipped?

All customers that have placed orders should receive a confirmation e-mail with their order # on it along with what they were charged.

How long until I receive my order?

All orders will begin to ship out the first week of July regardless of any notification that may differ.

Yes, all seats are Yankee stadium authentic seats that will come with a Yankee Steiner letter of authenticity and a MLB numbered hologram that can be checked to verify authenticity.

How is the turf shipped to ensure that I could plant it?

The turf will be shipped in bubble wrap in a cardboard box.

What is the size of the sod and the case?

The size of the sod is 3 inches in diameter and the display case measure 4.75 inches in length and width. The height measures 5.25 inches.
