Send In Policy

Steiner Sports offers its customers the unique opportunity to send in their own item to get autographed by their favorite athlete. This opportunity is easily accessible to all of our customers and allows collectors a chance to complete a set or get the signature they've always been looking for on a special collectible.

The process is simple, just follow these steps:

1) Visit the Steiner Sports Website and view our upcoming signings page.

2) Select the athlete and call a Steiner Sports representative toll-free at (800) 759-7267.

3) A form will be completed on your behalf that records your information and a description of your special piece. A unique personal identification/Customer Identification number is assigned to your piece and is recorded within the Steiner Sports database.

4) Then, you will package your piece and label it with your personal identification/Customer Identification number and ship the piece to Steiner Sports via reputable shipping services. We ask that you include any special requests in writing and include within the package. ***Please keep in mind that NO piece will be accepted without these ID numbers.

Once your piece is received by Steiner Sports, it will be photographed, cataloged, and secured until the specified athlete signs the piece. Once the signing is executed, you will be contacted and the piece will be returned to you via an insured shipping service. Please note that Steiner Sports is not responsible for your send-in item.

Mail in items are sent in at customer's risk. We recommend that you provide insurance on all items sent in. Steiner Sports will make every effort to have your collectible signed, however athletes reserve the right to refuse to sign any item for any reason. In addition, Steiner Sports will make every effort to have your collectable signed to your specifications, however there is no guarantee that the athlete will comply. Steiner Sports will not be held responsible for items sent in not using the above send-in procedures.
