Online Instructions
1. Fill out all of the information below.
2. A unique Customer Identification number is assigned to your piece and is recorded within the Steiner Sports database. This ID Number will be emailed to you.
3. Then, you will package your piece and label it with your Customer ID number and ship the piece to Steiner Sports. We ask that you include any special requests in writing and include within the package.
No piece will be accepted without your personalization code.
