Starting his coaching career in college, Tony Dungy found his niche in the NFL. Beginning with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Dungy later established a perennial powerhouse with the Indianapolis Colts. Dungy made history in 2007 when he became the first African American head football coach to win an NFL Super Bowl.
