#DUNGPHB008000

Indianapolis Colts head coach Tony Dungy made history on February 4 2007 when the Colts defeated the Chicago Bears in Super Bowl XLI by a score of 29-17. Dungy became the first African American football coach to lead his team to a Super Bowl championship. Dungy's life in football began long before that memorable day however as he spent four years playing quarterback at the University of Minnesota and then switched to the safety position after turning pro with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He won a Super Bowl ring as a player with the Steelers in 1978 and then spent one season with the 49ers before retiring. Tony Dungy has hand signed this 8x10 photograph of him being held up on the shoulders of his assistant coaches as he celebrates the Colts' win over the Chicago Bears in Super Bowl XLI on Feb. 4 2007 in Miami Florida. This motivational moment entitled 'Teamwork' comes complete with a quote nameplate from Tony Dungy. A Steiner Sports Certificate of Authenticity is included.
