Product Details

One of three brothers in the MLB, Yadier Molina plays for the St Louis Cardinals. He helped the Cardinals win the World Series, beating the Detroit Tigers in 2006. An outstanding catcher, Molina is known for throwing out base runners and smacking homeruns. Jeff Suppan was drafted out of high school in 1993 by the Boston Red Sox and the talented pitcher quickly worked his way through the minor league system and into the BoSox' rotation. Suppan subsequently pitched for the Diamondbacks, Royals, Pirates and Red Sox again before joining the St. Louis Cardinals in 2004. The pitcher posted winning records in 2004, 2005 and 2006, and was the NLCS MVP in 2006 as the Cardinals made their charge to World Series glory. Suppan is now pitching for the Milwaukee Brewers. Yadier Molina and Jeff Suppan have each hand signed this 8x10 photograph of them conferring on the mound during Game Seven of the NLCS at Shea Stadium in Flushing, New York, on October 19, 2006. A Steiner Sports Certificate of Authenticity is included.
