Cleveland Indians Have a Jobu Shrine, Just Like from Major League

Fans of the classic baseball movie Major League will remember when Pedro Cerrano of the (a.k.a. Dennis Haysbert, a.k.a. the Allstate guy these days), relies on a small figurine to power his bat throughout the season.

While Cerrano had some trouble hitting curveballs, the real life Cleveland Indians have fully embraced the power of Jobu.

Mike Napoli and Jason Kipnis have recreated the famed Jobu shrine in the Indians locker room.

Seeing current Major Leaguers take on this piece of baseball pop culture is hilarious. The question is, will it power their bats past the Chicago Cubs in this Fall Classic?
