Georgetown Men's Basketball Team Assisted an Injured Mom and Son After a Crash That Involved the Team Bus

On Monday February 6th, the Georgetown Men's Basketball team was traveling to their away game against the number 2 ranked Villanova Wildcats

On the way there the team bus was involved in an accident with a SUV. The SUV skidded off the side of the road and flipped over. Team members immediately exited the bus and assisted the 49 year old mother and her 17 year old son.

The mother and son were both transported to Harbor Hospital. No player or member of the team staff was injured. The crash investigation is continuing, but no charges have been filed.
