Last night the Miami Marlins fell to the Atlanta Braves in Miami, 4-3. In the bottom of the 5th Giancarlo Stanton hit a rocket, and one fan went above and beyond to retrieve the home run ball.
In left field of Marlins Park there is a swimming pool. Coincidentally that was where Stanton's home run ball landed. One fan decided the glory of getting a home run hit ball was worth the price of getting soaked.
The fan jumped right in and got the ball. Thankfully he was the only fan who decided to go for it in there, otherwise it could've turned into a madhouse in that pool.

Giancarlo Stanton's 2-run HR in the 5th inning made a splash landing at Marlins Park, but that didn't stop the fan from jumping right in! pic.twitter.com/UEZqqavoZw
