NFL Unveils Color Rush Uniforms

The NFL today unveiled their "Color Rush" uniforms for all 32 teams. Continuing on the concept launched last season, Color Rush will begin with this Thursday night's Buffalo Bills vs. New York Jets matchup with the teams will suited-up in solid-color alternate uniform sets.

There was a bit of a snafu during last year's Bills vs. Jets game when the teams sported all-red and all-green uniforms. It caused controversy when fans it cycled through social media that colorblind fans could not differentiate between two teams.

To fix the gaffe, some teams will be wearing all-white this year. You could call that a blessing in disguise because the chatter around the sports world today is that the New York Giants are the clear-cut winner in the unofficial Color Rush rankings. It's hard to disagree. They are taking a throwback approach by replacing the "NY" logo back to the old "GIANTS" logo on helmets along with blue and red collar and sleeve accents.
