He grew up in Newmarket, Ontario where he played basketball, football, lacrosse, hockey, soccer, volleyball, and track. The versatile athlete knew hockey was his passion as he would quickly top the kids in his age division. He would dominate his way through youth hockey and by the age of 15 he started to get national attention as a top prospect. Byfield had the honor of representing Team Canada on two different occasions competing in both the 2020 and 2021 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships. His contributions ensured Canada's successful gold and silver medal runs.In his 2021 stint with Team Canada, he was able to tally seven points with two of them being goals.This rubber Team Canada logo hockey puck is autographed by Quinton Byfield with a silver paint pen. Byfield's signature was witnessed by an Upper Deck representative as part of UDA's 5-step authentication process.
