After college, Walsh Jennings made her Olympic debut with Team USA's indoor volleyball team at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia, where they placed fourth. After the 2000 Olympics, Walsh Jennings teamed up with Misty May-Treanor to win three consecutive Olympic gold medals in beach volleyball at the 2004, 2008, and 2012 Olympic Games.
