How do I know your items are authentic?

Acquiring your favorite piece of autographed memorabilia can be one of the most exciting investments you can make - as long as it is real. At Steiner Sports, the integrity of each piece of our hand-signed collectibles is paramount. Steiner Sports Memorabilia guarantees the authenticity of your hand-signed sports collectible. Steiner representatives witness athlete signings and each athlete signs an affidavit. A tamper-resistant security seal is affixed to each item and a Steiner Sports Certificate of Authenticity with the matching hologram accompanies each piece. This is our assurance that your autographed memorabilia is 100% authentic. In some instances there are athletes that are outside of our control who may have contractual obligations with other companies.  In those instances in order to bring our customers the best we will work directly with those 3rd party companies in obtaining authentic memorabilia.  Each company we work with provides us with an affidavit stating that they go through a similar authenticity process to Steiner this way we can confidently provide you with authentic memorabilia.  When obtaining from a 3rd party you would receive their hologram and/or COA.

Are your signings open to the public?

Steiner Sports holds many public autograph sessions throughout the year. You can always stay up to date with our public signings by visiting www.steinersports.com and clicking on the "upcoming signings" link, or contacting a Steiner Sports representative at (800) 759-7267.

Can I send in an item to be signed or personalized by the athlete?

Yes, Steiner Sports will make every effort to have your item personalized or we can have one of our items personalized as well. This is a great gift idea for birthdays, graduations or that special corporate client.

Are there other items that are not on our website?

Yes, we have over 30,000 different items in our inventory. Please call with specific questions.

How do I know if my order was accepted?

When entering an order on the website to ensure it is completed you will receive an e-mail confirmation number which starts with a WS number.

How quickly do orders ship?

Orders typically ship within 48 business hours. If the order requires framing or special requirements, the order may take additional time to ship. If you have a send in or pre-order connected to a signing it will ship after the signing takes place.

Can I use a coupon code on an already discounted item?

Coupon codes and additional discounts are not valid on items that are subject to a promotion or have slashed off pricing on steinersports.com

How do I contact customer service?

How can I check on the status of my order?

Once the order is entered on the web and a purchase order number is established, the order then is received in the system by Steiner Sports. This will create a sales order number and allow it to be sent to the warehouse and shipped. You will be emailed a confirmation note including the tracking number once the item has shipped.

Does Steiner Sports buy memorabilia?

Steiner Sports does not purchase memorabilia from the open market. Authenticity is paramount at Steiner Sports and we have to witness every collectible being signed before we affix the Steiner seal to the product.

Will Steiner Sports authenticate or appraise my memorabilia?

Steiner Sports does not appraise or authenticate memorabilia. Steiner Sports can only guarantee the authenticity that carries the Steiner seal and certificate of authenticity.

What is a Steiner Sports exclusive athlete?

Steiner Sports maintains contracts with some of professional sports biggest names. The exclusive relationship allows fans to get closer to the game with unique collectibles and an opportunity to have their personal piece signed by their favorite athlete. We at Steiner Sports realize that authenticity is the most important factor in buying collectibles, and exclusive contracts allow you the collector to be 100% confident with your purchase.

What is required of me to open up a new wholesale account?

In order to open up a wholesale account with Steiner Sports, you must be able to present a resale certificate for a valid sports collectibles or novelties business and fill out our wholesale form.

I try logging into my account with my correct login information, but nothing happens. What do I do?

Steiner Sports switched to a new customer account system in June 2016. You should have received a notification to reset your password, but if not, please create an account with the same email used previously. This will allow for your order history to be properly imported.

How do i know what items are Shoprunner eligible? Look for the Shoprunner logo next to a product listing to make sure it is eligible.

Why is an item not Shoprunner eligible? some items are not Shoprunner eligible due to reasons such as the product's shape, size or weight. Look for the Shoprunner logo next to a product listing to make sure it is eligible.

Shipping & Returns

How quickly will my items arrive? Please allow two full business days for the order to arrive after it has been processed. orders must be submitted within that day’s cutoff time, for shipping cutoff time please click here.

Note: If an item is on pre-order, gift wrapped, framed, personalized or customized it may delay delivery time.

What are my shipping options? Eligible items will ship so they are delivered free within 2 business days via UPS priority. Any shipment to a PO box, APO/FPO/DPO or international address is excluded from the Shoprunner program.

How do i track a shipment? Tracking a shipment is easy. Sign in to your Steiner Sports account, and select check an order.

New Gift Card Format - January 2018

Starting on January 1, 2018, Steiner Sports has moved to a new gift card processing system. All gift cards issued prior to January 1, 2018 are subject to the following:

Customers who purchased a gift card prior to January 1, 2018, can redeem the value of their card on a purchase placed over the phone by calling (800) 759-7267. You can check the balance of your card with our Gift Card Balance Checker or our customer service team can look up the balance of your card when you call.

Customers who received a gift card as part of a promotion or giveaway must speak to our customer service team by calling (800) 759-7267 to be re-issued a promotional code that is redeemable either online or over the phone (taxes and shipping excluded).
