Return Policy

Need to Return Your Purchase?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Steiner Sports you can return your item(s) for a partial refund within 30 days of purchase, items being return will incur a 15% re-stocking fee.  (Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging with the Certificate of Authenticity.) Merchandise returned without the original packaging and COA may not qualify for a refund. Please call us at 800-759-7267 or email us at and request a RMA.

Attach the label to the sealed box. Be sure to cover any old labels with the new one, or just peel them off. A black marker can also be used to cover any existing bar codes.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the Fulfillment Centers. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

    In order to receive credit, we require that you:

    1. Damaged merchandise must be returned in original carton and packaging.
    2. Mark the shipping container CLEARLY with the RA number.
    3. Include the item to be returned with the Certificate of Authenticity.
    4. Merchandise returned without the above may not qualify for a refund.
    5. We will refund shipping and handling charges only if our merchandise was damaged, defective, or shipped to you in error.
