Steiner Sports is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Coordinator with a passion for sports to join its growing team. The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of products listed on steinersports.com and with driving traffic and sales to the website, particularly through the company’s email marketing program.

Responsibilities:

• Review, publish and maintenance of all site products.
• Execution of marketing plans, site updates and promotions.
• Email content creation, scheduling and database maintenance.
• Proactively monitor and remove products/offers that are no longer valid, or are expired.
• Review, proof and edit content to ensure that it is grammatically and technically correct and complies with the content design and style guidelines and brand image.
• Perform daily site QA to ensure product content displays accurately.
• Optimize product detail copy, page titles, descriptions and keywords to improve clarity and increase SEO relevance.
• Drive short- and long-term sales growth by prioritizing new site features and functionality.
• Create new content for the steinersports.com blog.
• Develop and implement new site merchandising strategies.
• Define marketing opportunities to achieve performance goals.
• Compile actionable analytics reports from onsite sales activity.
• Help develop and implement content strategies

• 2-3 years of experience working for a direct to consumer ecommerce brand or agency.
• Bachelor’s degree with major in marketing, advertising, graphic design or a related field.
• Outstanding verbal/written communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to think creatively and work independently.
• Experience capturing photo and video content and editing with the Adobe Creative Suite.
• HTML/CSS knowledge, experience with Shopify and knowledge of Bronto (email marketing) a plus.
