Fisk is famously seen waving at the ball to stay fair, a staple in video-recorded baseball history. An 11-Time All-Star and 1972 Rookie of the Year Carlton Fisk split his 24-year career wearing both Red and White Sox. Known for his grit and durability behind the plate Pudge also carried a big stick retiring with 372 career home runs.
