Own a piece of baseball history with this Jackie Robinson signed index card.

Robinson started his career in the Negro leagues as a second baseman. His talent on the field was second to none. In 1947, the Brooklyn Dodgers signed him, breaking the color barrier and making him the first black player in MLB history. Robinson excelled in the majors, winning the inaugural Rookie of the Year Award, the 1949 MVP and leading the Dodgers to their first World Series title in 1955. In that World Series, Jackie had made a play that he is still known for today: stealing home vs. the Yankees and Yogi Berra. Jackie was inducted to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1962. In 1997, Jackie’s #42 was retired throughout Major League Baseball. Jackie remains the only baseball player to have received that honor.

The autograph is authenticated by JSA and SGC.
