When Joe Pepitone signed with the New York Yankees in 1962 the carefree fun loving first baseman spent his $20000 signing bonus on a fancy new car and a motorboat. After beating out Moose Skowron for the first base job the Yankees traded Skowron before the 1963 season. Pepitone responded by having the best year of his career as he hit .271 with 27 home runs and 89 RBI that season. Joe Pepitone hand signed this 16x20 photo and inscribed it 1963 Stickball. A Steiner Sports Certificate of Authenticity is included.
